MediaTek MT7925 Bluetooth uykudan sonra kayboluyor (USB Kod 43)

MediaTek MT7925 Bluetooth uykudan sonra kayboluyor (USB Kod 43)

Cihaz: HP OMEN MAX 16-ak0xxx, Ryzen AI 9 HX 375, BIOS F.07, Windows 11 Home 26300
Kart: MediaTek MT7925 Wi-Fi 7 / Bluetooth kombo (Wi-Fi PCIe, Bluetooth dahili USB)

Belirtiler

  • Modern Standby uykusundan uyanınca Bluetooth tamamen yok oluyor; Ayarlar'da Bluetooth anahtarı görünmüyor.
  • Aygıt Yöneticisi: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), Kod 43, Hub_#0001 Port_#0003, xHCI PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_151F altında.
  • USB\VID_0E8D&PID_8C38 (MediaTek BT composite) IsPresent=False, bthserv servisi duruyor.
  • Wi-Fi çalışmaya devam ediyor (PCIe tarafı etkilenmiyor).

İşe YARAMAYANLAR (hepsi denendi)

  • Yeniden başlatma (warm reboot) → kart gücü kesilmediği için firmware takılı kalıyor.
  • Wi-Fi adaptörünü devre dışı bırak / etkinleştir (D3 cold).
  • pnputil /remove-device + pnputil /scan-devices.
  • xHCI denetleyici ve root hub için pnputil /restart-device ("reboot pending" veriyor, çözmüyor).
  • Denetleyici / root hub devre dışı bırakma (Windows "Not supported").
  • Sürücü kaldırıp yeniden kurma.

ÇÖZÜM (doğrulandı 2026-10-06)

Sert güç kesme. BT firmware'i donmuş durumda; yalnızca kartın enerjisi tamamen kesilince sıfırlanıyor.

  1. Windows'u Kapat (Yeniden Başlat değil).
  2. Şarj adaptörünü çıkar.
  3. Güç tuşuna 30 saniye basılı tut (EC/kalıntı enerji boşalır).
  4. Adaptörü tak, aç.

Yan etki: BIOS ayarları fabrika değerine dönüyor (EC reset). Bu makinede Secure Boot, BitLocker, fTPM, SVM/sanallaştırma ve saat etkilenmedi; BitLocker kurtarma anahtarı istemedi. Yine de BIOS'ta özel ayarın varsa (fan modu, boot sırası) tekrar kontrol et.

Önleyici

Aygıt Yöneticisi > Bluetooth > MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter > Özellikler > Güç Yönetimi > "Bilgisayarın güç tasarrufu için bu aygıtı kapatmasına izin ver" kutusunu kaldır. (Kayıt defterinde DeviceSelectiveSuspended=1 idi.)

Yanıltıcı olaylar (ilgisiz)

Olay günlüğünde her açılışta görülen BitLocker-Driver 24641 ve TPM-WMI 1796 (SBAT update failed 0x800700c1) bu sorundan bağımsız, haftalardır tekrarlıyor, zararsız.

English version

Machine: HP OMEN MAX 16-ak0xxx, Ryzen AI 9 HX 375, BIOS F.07, Windows 11 Home build 26300
Card: MediaTek MT7925 Wi-Fi 7 / Bluetooth combo (Wi-Fi on PCIe, Bluetooth on internal USB)

Symptoms

  • After resuming from Modern Standby, Bluetooth disappears entirely; the Bluetooth toggle is gone from Settings.
  • Device Manager shows Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), Code 43, at Hub_#0001 Port_#0003 under xHCI PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_151F.
  • USB\VID_0E8D&PID_8C38 (MediaTek BT composite) reports IsPresent=False; the bthserv service stops.
  • Wi-Fi keeps working (the PCIe side is unaffected).

What does NOT work (all tried)

  • Warm reboot: the card never loses power, so the hung firmware survives.
  • Disable/enable the Wi-Fi adapter (D3 cold).
  • pnputil /remove-device followed by pnputil /scan-devices.
  • pnputil /restart-device on the xHCI controller and root hub (reports "reboot pending", no effect).
  • Disabling the controller / root hub (Windows says "Not supported").
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

FIX (verified 2026-10-06)

Hard power cut. The BT firmware is hung and only resets when the card fully loses power.

  1. Shut down Windows (not Restart).
  2. Unplug the charger.
  3. Hold the power button for 30 seconds (drains EC / residual power).
  4. Plug in, power on.

Side effect: BIOS settings return to factory defaults (EC reset). On this machine Secure Boot, BitLocker, fTPM, SVM/virtualization and the clock were all unaffected and BitLocker did not ask for a recovery key. Still, recheck any custom BIOS settings (fan mode, boot order).

Prevention

Device Manager > Bluetooth > MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter > Properties > Power Management > uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". (Registry showed DeviceSelectiveSuspended=1.)

Red herrings (unrelated)

Event log entries BitLocker-Driver 24641 and TPM-WMI 1796 (SBAT update failed 0x800700c1) appear on every boot, have for weeks, and are harmless. They are not related to this issue.
